I am a trilingual, Egyptian born, Director, Writer and Producer whose work has screened in over 40 countries, 50 festivals and over five languages. I got an early start as a director at Goodby, Silverstein and Partners working for clients like Yahoo, NBA, Sprint, Cheetos, Dickies, HP, Adobe, and Haagen Dazs. Not soon after (2009), I traveled to Angola with the sponsorship of ministry of culture to produce and mentor a Portuguese speaking film Alambamento which went on to win multiple awards and gain distribution in over 40 countries as well as platforms like Amazon and iTunes.
When I'm not working, you can find me hammering at my typewriter or wandering the streets of Los Angeles taking pictures with my old Hasselblad or showcasing my photography in various galleries and exhibitions. I use striking characters to explores the psychological impact of life’s shocking and heartwarming moments.
I live in Los Angeles and am working with Warner Bros., Universal, Paramount, MJZ, Biscuit Filmworks, Focus Features, NBC and more in multiple capacities.
Currently I am developing over five feature films, music videos and other projects in the United States and abroad. I hope to continue to tell stories of self-awareness and vivid realities. I utilize striking characters and imagery to explore the psychological impact of both life’s shocking and heartwarming moments.
